About
Ben Childers helps mission-driven organizations figure out what growth should look like, then design the organization to get there. He spent a decade teaching high school math, raised major gifts at the Sabin Vaccine Institute and the University of Arizona, and served as Vice President of Client Experience at Engaging Networks, where he helped grow the company from $6M to $22M.
Today he’s co-founder of Stratovation Partners, a growth strategy and organizational design firm for the social impact sector, where he leads Mission Dividend, helping organizations reinvest the time and money AI frees up back into mission. He also founded Cool/Scary AI, a nonprofit convening communities around AI’s impact, and co-founded Odd Conduit Media, an audio company amplifying social impact stories.
Ben holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an M.Ed. from the University of Arizona, and a BA in development economics from The Ohio State University. He lives in Arlington, VA, with his family, and you’ll usually find him on the trails around DC or hunting for vintage furniture and clothing.
