AI in Digital Campaigns

Join this special conversation with two leaders in the AI for organizations and campaigns space.

Tudor Mihailescu

Cofounder | SpeechifAI

Tudor is a cofounder at SpeechifAI – an AI powered platform that helps progressive digital teams run dynamic social sharing campaigns with communities of activists and partners geared towards narrative change, list building (events, petitions etc.) and fundraising.

Since launch in September 2019, digital organizers used SpeechifAI to build social share toolkit pages that received nearly 1.5 million visitors and drove more than $40 million in marketing value.

Mike Nellis

Founder | Authentic and Quiller.ai

Mike Nellis is a purpose-driven entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Authentic, a digital-first fundraising and advertising agency that has raised more than $500M from grassroots donors for Democratic campaigns and causes. He is also the Founder of Quiller.ai, a new product that uses generative AI to draft, deploy, and evaluate the success of online fundraising content. Mike lives in Chicago with his wife and four-year-old son.

Hillary Lehr

Operating Partner | Higher Ground Labs

Hillary Lehr serves as an Operating Partner at Higher Ground Labs, a VC firm and accelerator for political tech startups like Quiller.ai. At HGL she managed platform and accelerator programs, supporting founders from investment to growth as they build products to help progressives win. Hillary spent three years as Vice President of Client Success & Support at Hustle and several other civic technology startups and nonprofits including Causes.com, Brigade, and Rainforest Action Network.

Damola Ogandipe

Co-Founder & CEO | Plural

Damola is the co-founder and CEO of Plural — a software platform that helps organizations track, collaborate and shape public policy across the US and internationally. Frustrated by the opacity and inadequate technology in policy creation, Damola and his co-founders launched Plural to increase transparency and access to public governance information. Damola is a geo-political history nerd, Orangetheory fitness enthusiast, a champion of education access and equality, and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Details

AI is all over our newsfeeds right now and it will shape the future of organizing and campaigning. We’ve already been engaging with AI-driven algorithms in Google Search and Facebook newsfeeds.

But we are about to see it grow into powerful tools that will help us engage people even better for good. This conversation will give you an understanding of how this will shape our future work and the tools already available. Tools like SpeechifAI already use Generative AI to help digital organizers craft social copy and optimize it for the right social network in seconds which they can use to generate organic social engagement as an alternative to ads. And coming like Quiller.ai, a new product that uses generative AI to draft, deploy, and evaluate the success of online fundraising content. Plural is an AI-powered legislative tracking and collaboration tool. In addition to searching and tracking bills, you can see what’s happening with similar legislation across the country, find out where bill language reappears over time, and even find out which bills are gaining momentum.

What you’ll learn

  • An understanding of AI-based tools for Digital Campaigns.
  • The positive potential of AI in tools will amplify our work and capacity.
  • How you can take advantage of AI now.
